This petition has been filed to modify the condition that 'the petitioner/accused shall appear before the respondent police on every 1st working day of each English Calendar month until the receipt of summons from this Court" imposed by the Hon'ble Special Judge under the Tamilnadu Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 1997, Chennai on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.328 of 2025 dated 21.07.2025. 2.It is seen that, it is a case involving several crores of cheating. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
