This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue directions, directing the 2nd respondent to register F.I.R. against the named said persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 24.01.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.12 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 498A,323, 354A (1) and 506(i) of IPC.
