This Original Petition has been filed taking advantage of Sections 218 and 278 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, seeking grant of Letters of Administration, relating to Will dated 30.11.2021. She was the elder sister of the petitioner herein.

2. The 1st and 2nd respondents are her brothers. The 3rd & 4th respondents are the legal heirs of yet another brother who had pre-deceased him. After completing the formalities the petitioner was directed to tender evidence, she examined as P.W.1. The death certificate of S.Sarada was marked as Ex.P5 and the consent affidavits of the respondents were marked as Exs.P9 to P12. The death certificate of the other brothers whose legal heirs have been impleaded as respondents 3rd and 4th were marked as Ex.P3.

4. In view of the evidence adduced, I hold there is every reason to grant the relief sought in the Original Petition namely, granting Letters of Administration.

5.With the above observations, this Original Petition stands allowed. The petitioner is directed to duly administer the properties and credits of the deceased more fully described in the schedule.
