This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 11.04.2017 in W.P.No.28263 of 2012.

2. Today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court in the writ petition has been complied with, by the respondent and also produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Educational Officer in Na.Ka. No.8023/B2/2012 dated 09.02.2018, before this Court.
