This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the respondent to direct the respondent to register FIR on the complaint dated 05.11.2020 based on the order in Crl.M.P.No.10061 of 2021 by an order dated 07.04.2021 passed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.11.2020, a case in Crime No.77 of 2022 has been registered by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C.
