Seeking to punish the respondent for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 03.10.2012 made in W.P.No.26703 of 2012, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up, the the learned Special Government Advocate submitted that the order in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondent.
