ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein was arrested on 08.01.2022 in connection with an acid attack case on a complaint given by one Radha, wife of Stalin. The petitioner is the father-in-law of one Chandrasekar and on suspicion that the victim has illicit intimacy with Chandrasekar, it appears that this acid attack had taken place. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed granting bail to the petitioner stating that the investigation is yet to be completed and the release of the petitioner on bail may endanger the life of the victim girl. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
