ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 09.01.2024.

On perusal of the impugned order, revealed that it was passed and valid for only six months. Further, the first respondent directed the President of Alapakkam Panchayat to submit all registers with regards to all expenditures to the second respondent for inspection. 3.

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as directed by the first respondent, so far the fourth respondent failed to produce any records for inspection. 2/4

In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to inspect all the relevant records as directed by the first respondent periodically and submit report before the first respondent. 5.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
