ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging that the respondent police has not complied with the order dated 02.03.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4691/2015, directing the second respondent therein to enquire into the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complaint given by the petitioner and register a case, if

any, cognizable offence is made out.

2.Today, when the case was taken up for admission, Mr.Vasudevan, Sub Inspector of Police, Jolarpet Police Station, Jolarpet, Vellore District is present and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that, on the complaint given by Smt.S.Shanthi, the petitioner herein, a case in Crime No.377/2015 for offence under Sections 147, 148, 447, 506(ii) I.P.C., has been registered.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
