[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of order of this court dated 29.06.2018 in W.P.No.16031 of 2018.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel for respondents. We have perused the copy of letters of the 1st respondent as well as the 2nd respondent and other documents filed by the Government Counsel in the form of typed set of papers. It appears that pattas have been issued to the alleged encroachers long back. In such view of the matter, contempt petition stands closed. It is, however, open to the petitioner to seek cancellation of pattas, if so advised, in the manner known to law.
