2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reports that the enquiry will be completed within 3 weeks and undertakes that the petitioner will not be arrested if he cooperates with the investigation without any deviation.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the Investigation Officer for enquiry without fail and in such event, he shall not be arrested till the enquiry in CSR.No.201 of 2022 is completed.
