Mr. A.R. Pradeep, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that nothing survives for consideration in this civil revision petition, inasmuch as, the revision petitioner has already handed over possession to the respondent on 19.07.2023 itself and further R.C.A.No.150 of 2022 on the file of the VII Small Causes Court, Chennai, also has been dismissed on 08.02.2024.
