This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.110 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation in Crime No.110 of 2019 has been completed. The respondent police will able to file the final report within a period of four months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
