This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.32819 of 2025 dated 01.12.2025. Page No.1 of 4
(c) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is not allowing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and to subscribe the signature and harassing her, however the same is disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
3. In view of the above, this Court directs the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that respondent has not complied the conditions and prays to issue suitable direction to the petitioner to comply the condition. The Respondent is directed permit the petitioner to allow the petitioner to comply the condition and the learned Government Advocate is directed to issue suitable instructions in this regard to the respondent.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
