PRAYER:

This petition is filed under section 11 of the contempt of courts act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the direction of this Court dated 07.01.2015 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 13726 of 2014.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed against non-compliance of the order dated 07.01.2015 passed by this Court in W.P. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ No. 13726 of 2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since stay has been granted in W.A. No. 1222 of 2015, the petitioner wants to withdraw this contempt petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the pendency of the writ appeal, recording the said submission and the endorsement made to that effect, this contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
