Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give protection to the Petitioner as per representation dated 30.10.2021.

ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct respondents 1 and 2 to give protection to the Petitioner as per representation dated 30.10.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the Petitioner and Respondents 3 to 6 are relatives. Based on the earlier complaint given by the Petitioner, a case has been registered in Cr.No.13 of 2019 against Respondents 3 to 4 & another person and after completion of investigation, the 1st Respondent has also filed the final report and it has been numbered in C.C.No.422 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mannarkudi. 3.At this juncture, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that even thereafter, the Respondents harassing the Petitioner, he has also given a representation dated 30.10.2021.

4. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the 2nd Respondent to conduct an enquiry, based on the representation of the Petitioner dated 30.10.2021 and take appropriate action.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
