Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to dispose the appeal pending on the file of the First Respondent filed by the Petitioner against the order made in Na. Ka. No. 6307/2019/AA3 dated 12.12.2019 passed by the Fifth Respondent within a stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

Mrs. A.B. Reehana Begum, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the competent authority to consider the appeal filed by the Petitioner is the Fourth Respondent and records have been sent to the Fourth Respondent, who has fixed the enquiry for that appeal at 4.00 p.m. on 02.03.2020 and that notice would be issued to all parties concerned including the Petitioner for the same.

The Fourth Respondent shall ensure that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case. After affording full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, the Fourth Respondent shall consider each of the contentions raised by the parties and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law, and shall communicate the decision taken to the Petitioner under written acknowledgment and report of such compliance shall be filed before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 30.06.2020. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
