PRAYER :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to direct the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of the Hindu Marriage Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.991 of 2018 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

Though the prayer is one for disposing of H.M.O.P.No.991 of 2018, it is seen that wife/respondent herein has filed petition for maintenance in M.C.No.179 of 2019, which is pending at the stage of arguments. Therefore directions are issued for disposing of the said maintenance case within a period of one month from the date of receipt of 1/3

copy of this order. On the maintenance amount ordered being paid by the husband, H.M.O.P.No.991 of 2018 shall be taken up and dispose of within a period of three months there from.
