] This Court, while dismissing this writ petition by order dated 14.12.2023, directed the respondents to take immediate steps to demolish the unauthorized structure in Plot No.62A and restore it to its original use, viz., for park and road purposes and directed the matter to be listed for reporting compliance.

2.Accordingly, today, the matter is listed under the caption "for reporting compliance". 3.The learned counsel for the respondent has produced before this Court the photographs to show that the directions of this Court have been complied with and the entire building has been pulled down and the land is now fit for use as park.

4.Accepting the report of the respondent, compliance is recorded.
