Mr.R.Ravichandran, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 and 4.

Though notice was served to the sixth respondent and its name appears in the cause list, there is no representation for the sixth respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 4.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay of 411 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

It is made clear that petitioners are not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 411 days on the enhanced award amount, in case of their success in the appeal.
