The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Third Respondent to consider the claims of the Petitioner in his representation dated 26.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders to reconvey the gifted lands to the extent of 80 cents for the purpose of park and road in Survey No. 300/1, Athipattu Village, (Chengam Pillai Nagar), Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submits that after considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 26.10.2018, the Third Respondent has sent a reply dated 09.10.2019 to the Petitioner and has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. It is needless to add here that if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed, it is open to him to challenge the order dated 09.10.2019 before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
