This writ petition is filed for direction directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's unnumbered Arbitration Case of 2019 filed on 02.05.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Kasirajan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.M.Muthusamy, Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to pass award on the petitioner's unnumbered Arbitration Case of 2019 filed on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

02.05.2019 after giving him opportunity of hearing, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already passed award.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
