This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking further extension of the time for executing the sureties in the order dated 26.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23640 of 2025. K.RAJASEKAR , J.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and thereby, time is extended by one week to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide dated 26.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23640 of 2025, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready.
