Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to revoke the petitioner's suspension by reviewing the order of suspension in No.655/PJN/E1/DP/201718/130 Dated 14.02.2018 (by mistake it is wrongly mentioned as 2017 instead of 2018) by considering the petitioner's representations dated 24.02.2018 and reminder dated 29.03.2018 in accordance with Law and Central Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Honb'le Court and thereby reinstate the petitioner into service with effect from the date of suspension viz. 24.01.2018 with all attended benefits. During the pendency of the writ petition, the suspension order was reviewed and further order were passed.
