The prayer in this writ petition is for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned notice in letter No.C.I.T.03/Revision/2018 dated 30.01.2020 on the file of the third respondent to quash the same and direct the third respondent to fix total rent as Rs.9,474/- (Rent Rs.8424/- + Maintenance Rs.1000/- + Water charges Rs.50/-) by applying the Government Order G.O.Ms.118 and the guidelines issued by this Court in W.P.No.26191 of 2017 batch, dated 12.10.2018.
