This petition has been filed to accept the cause title of the petitioners 1 to 3 in the present civil revision petition against the order dated 29.11.2016 in I.A.No.149 in I.A.No.929/2013 in OS.o.392/1998 on the file of the III Additional Sub Judge, Coimbatore, since they are the legal heirs of the deceased R.Venugopal/first defendant in the above said suit.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this petition is allowed.
