This petition has been filed to pass final decree by appointing an advocate commissioner to inspect the suit property measure the suit property and divide the same into four equal shares and allotting the 1/4th share to the petitioners in the petition schedule property i.e., premises bearing House, Ground and premises situated in the West Madras Neighbourhood, bearing Plot No.4398, Old Door No.35, New Door No.19, First Street, W Block, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600 040, more fully described in the petition schedule and award 1/4th share of the mesne profit to each of the petitioners.

Ms.E.Sumathi, Advocate, Enrolment No.MS.254/2017, (Cell.No.9940342819), No.13/7, B- Block, 5th Street, Ezhil Nagar, Kodungaiyur- 600 118, is appointed as the Advocate Commissioner to effect division of the suit properties by metes and bounds and allocate separately by partition of one-fourth share to each of the petitioners.

4. The Advocate Commissioner shall be paid by the applicants, a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as initial remuneration when he informs the parties about the division of properties.
