ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 15.12.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.39269 of 2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submits that the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner was disposed of by order dated 10.11.2017 in

Na.Ka.No.1842/2016/A2.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said order is wrong as after recording a finding that mistake lies with the respondents, the request made was declined.

4.The said submission, in the opinion of this Court, cannot be a ground to invoke the contempt jurisdiction. Perhaps, the petitioner may have a better case, if the order is challenged. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed, however, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 10.11.2017, if so advised.
