PRAYER:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law with regard to the suicide of the petitioner's daughter Devagani and further ensure that such incidents do not recur and to compensate the petitioner.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law with regard to the suicide of the petitioner's daughter Devayani and further ensure that such incidents do not recur and to compensate the petitioner. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent has already registered a case in Crime No.245 of 2017 for the offence under Section 305 IPC as against the 3rd respondent herein, the petitioner is also directed to furnish all the relevant materials to the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent on receipt of the same is hereby directed to conduct a detailed enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
