ORDER
[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu viz., Chennakrishnan, Son of Gondasamy, seeks production of her husband.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.
3. The prayer of the writ petitioner viz., directing the respondent to produce the Detenu Chennakrishnan, son of Govindasamy and remove him from solitary confinement by admitting the detenu in National Institute of Mental Health https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and Neuro Science, Bangalore-560 029, stands answered, in that, the detenu has eventually, after much persuasion on the part of this Court, been placed under the care and custody of the Institute of Mental Health, Kilpauk, Chennai, as prayed for.
4. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
