Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to transfer the investigation to any other investigating agency namely the CBCID or CBI and to conduct free and fair investigation to file a final report with the stipulated time.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.288 of 2013, from the file of the third respondent police to any other investigating agency namely the CBCID or CBI to conduct free and fair investigation and to file a final report with the stipulated time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in crime No.288 of 2013 is almost completed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the respondent police yet to have file a final report in the above case.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. However, the third respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, before the concerned Jurisdiction Magistrate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if not already filed.

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
