Comp.A.No.887 of 2016 in C.P.No.164 of 2013 Krishnan Ramasamy, J., The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, this Court passed an order on 23.06.2014 in C.P.No.151 of 2013, ordering winding up of the company, namely VTX Industries Limited. Since this Court has already passed the order to wind up the aforesaid company, the present application has been filed for the purpose of substitution of applicant.
