The prayer in the present petition is to direct the respondent herein viz the Inspector of Police, M.2.Madhavaram Milk colony Police Station, Chennai to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner herein on 27.12.2017 to the second respondent herein against the accused persons Suresh and Kumar.
