This application has been filed to amend the name of the director of the plaintiff company from S.R.Sathish Kumar to G.Natarajan in the short cause title, long cause title and in any other place wherever it is so found in C.S.No.193 of 2022.

2.Taking all the factors into consideration, particularly since it does not shift the cause of action or does not create any new cause of action and the person now who is shown as a director does not have any independent cause against the defendant but only represents the plaintiff as the director, this Application stands allowed.
