The petitioner, who was not successful in the selection to the post of Civil Judges notified in August 2014, has come up with the above writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to provide her valued answer papers along with key answer sheets. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Now that the entire process of selection is over, there can be no impediment for the respondent to produce the copies of the answer papers. If the petitioner has not already given an application under the Right to Information Act, she shall make an application. Upon such application being made or if an application had already been made, the respondent shall provide copies of the answer papers subject to payment of necessary fee.

The writ petition is closed. No costs.
