insisting upon provision of land for erection of sub-station on the petitioner's premises.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that in view of the subsequent proceedings dated 14.03.2018 issued by the TANGEDCO, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2. In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
