This application has been filed to grant leave to receive additional documents in the judges summon.

2.The learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the original petition first petitioner died and in order to substantiate the same, death certificate and legal heir certificate of the deceased have to be marked.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

4.On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, this application is allowed. 5.Registry is directed to post the matter before the learned Master for recording evidence.
