C.R.P.Nos.1085 and 573 of 2022 N.SESHASAYEE. J., The matters are posted under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' owing to certain confusion with regard to the place of mediation centre.

2. On 27.04.2022, this Court passes the following order in paragraph No.6: 'At this juncture, both side evinced interest to go for mediation and therefore this Court refers the very dispute involved in the suit to mediation. This Court understands that the case is posted before the trial court on 23.06.2022. The trial court is now required to adjourn the matter on 23.06.2022 and take up the matter till the conclusion of mediation. The mediator is required to expedite the mediation process and conclude it as expeditiously as possible and preferably not later than July-2022'.

The learned counsel on either side submitted that since the above said portion of the order does not indicate whether the mediation must be held before the Madras High Court mediation centre or before the mediation centre attached to Tiruvallur District Court, the mediation has not yet commenced and they seek clarification.

4. They also jointly stated that the mediation may be held before the mediation 1/3

centre at the Madras High Court.

5. Accordingly, paragraph No.6 of the order dated 27.04.2022 will now read as follows:

'6. At this juncture, both side evinced interest to go for mediation and therefore this Court refers the very dispute involved in the suit to mediation centre attached to the Madras High Court. The trial court is required to adjourn the matter till mediation process is completed. Since mediation process is yet to be commenced, the Mediator is required to expedite the mediation process and conclude it as expeditiously as possible and preferably not later than 30.09.2022' The Registry is now required to replace the paragraph No.6 as it originally stands in the order dated 27.04.2022 with the above paragraph. It is further directed to issue a fresh order copy free of cost. 08.07.2022 CM Note: Issue order copy on 12.07.2022.
