3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 117 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.Sr.No.138121 of 2023 is condoned.

4. The Regisry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.

The Registry is also directed to print the name of the counsel for the respondent when the matter is listed for admission.
