ORDER

Mr.T.Daniel, the learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of R2 and R3.

2.Though the relief claimed is one to have the suit disposed of within a fixed period, however taking note of the fact that interlocutory application I.A.No.1557 of 2023 had been filed for appointing an Advocate Commissioner and I.A.No.1558 of 2023 which is filed seeking a temporary injunction, restraining the defendants, their men, servants, agents or any one not to alter the physical features of the petition mentioned property had been kept pending since 2023. Therefore, this Court directs that orders should be passed in the said interlocutory applications within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
