This matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 30.04.2024 and also on 05.08.2024. On both the occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal".

Today, Mr.Christopher, learned counsel represented that the case bundle was returned to the petitioner long back for change of vakalat and the learned counsel is no more appearing for the petitioner. However, today there is no representation for the petitioner, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For Dismissal". In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. 06.08.2024
