Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to renew the petitioner's passport by considering his application in ARN:16-1008679113 dated 04.10.2016 in File No.MA2079685402716 by incorporating the petitioner's date of birth as "01.08.1989" and place of Birth as "Nagapattinam" and renew the petitioner's passport No.A2350364 and issue the same to the petitioner.
