The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 5 herein to consider the representation dated 16.06.2014 and pass suitable orders against the Corporation namely the 6th Respondent herein. 2.Even though the petitioner has submitted their representation to the respondents 1 to 5 herein dated 16.06.2014, the respondents 1 to 5 have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction.

3.Considering the limited scope of prayer, the respondents 1 to 5 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after conducting enquiry, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
