When the case came up for 15.11.2024, the learned Counsel for the Respondents sought time to file counter. Today, 02.12.2024, the learned Counsel for the Appellant present in Court and there is no representation on behalf of the Respondents.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the Petition to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the Appeal is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- to the State Legal Service Authority within a period of 10 days.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

4. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
