This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.4(b) on the petitioner by this Court in the order dated 29.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.1711 of 2025.

sai 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.O.P.1711 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
