ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 10.02.2015 passed in Crl.OP.No.2898 of 2015.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent has registered a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ case in FIR No.556 of 2015 dated 20.09.2015 on the file of

Karumalaikoodal Police Station, Salem, for the offences under Sections 147, 447, 294(b) IPC, which has been subsequently, closed as mistake of fact. A copy of the RCS notice is also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the open Court.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petition stands closed.
