Crl.M.P.No.6648 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.34019 of 2025 C.KUMARAPPAN, J., This petition has been filed to amend the name of the 3rd petitioner as Raja @ Rajaram instead of Rajaram and further amend the offence punishable under Section 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 133 and 351(3) of BNS r/w 4 of TNPHW Act, instead of Sections 296(b), 118(1), 133 and 351(3) of BNS r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crl.O.P.No.34019 of 2025 dated 12.12.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that one of the Sections was not mentioned at the time of filing of the application, which factum is not seriously disputed by the learned Government Advocate.

3.Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the order and issue a fresh order copy.
