A.No.1708 of 2022 in C.S.DR. No.55534 of 2021 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J This application is filed to remove the sixth respondent from the array of parties in A.No.272 of 2021 in C.S.D.No.1292 of 2021.

2. The applicant states that the sixth respondent died and that the legal heirs of the sixth respondent were impleaded as respondents 7 to 12 in the application. The present application is filed for such purpose.

3. On examining the affidavit in support of the application and being satisfied with the reasons set out therein, this application is allowed. Consequently, the sixth respondent is removed from the array of parties in A. No.272 of 2021 in C.S.D.No.1292 of 2021. Consequential amendment shall be carried out on or before 29.04.2022.
