2.Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.123 of 2025, dated 20.02.2025 for 49 days regularly, and charge sheet has also been filed. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.123 of 2025, dated 20.02.2025, are relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 24.02.2026 To 1.The Inspector of Police Vellore, All Women Police Station Vellore District, Crime No. 49 of 2024.
