This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for committing wilful disobedience of the order and direction made in W.P.No.7844 of 2013, dated 6.3.2015

2. Heard Mr.C.P.Sivamohan, learned counsel appearing for the Contempt Petitioner and Mr.I. Arokiasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.Learned Government Advocate submitted that as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ against the order passed in W.P.No.7844 of 2013, dated 6.3.2015, a Writ appeal has been filed and the same is

at the stage of W.A.SR.31780 of 2015 and in the condone delay petition, notice has been ordered to the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the contempt petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies before appropriate forum.
